What you’ll do

  • Welcome, flavor talk, and quick knife & spice demo

  • Hands-on cooking with guidance from Doria

  • Plating tips and a shared meal of everything you’ve prepared

Menu & group size

  • Groups of 1–6: Each guest chooses a dish from our restaurant menu and cooks their own. Popular picks include Rondón (coconut seafood stew), Rasta Pasta, Lobster & Seafood Soup (lobster when in season), and Empanadas/Patí.

  • Groups of 7+ : We’ll all cook a set menu together (confirmed in advance). Examples include:

    • Rondón + Green Plantains + Caribbean Slaw, or

    • Rasta Pasta + Empanadas (Patí) + Garden Salad.

What’s included

All ingredients and equipment, aprons to use during class, and the meal you cook.

  • Grupos de 7 o más: Prepararemos un menú fijo entre todos (confirmado por adelantado). Ejemplos:

    • Rasta Pasta + Empanadas (Patí) + Ensalada de Huerto.
